Shipping & Delivery
At Ink and Amen, we believe your creative resources should be in your hands the moment inspiration strikes.
Digital Downloads
All digital products — including PNG clipart, seamless patterns, alpha sets, and Canva templates — are available instantly after purchase. No shipping required.
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive access to download your files directly. We recommend saving your files to a secure location immediately, as download links may expire. All digital products are licensed for commercial use on finished goods per our licensing terms.
Drive Access: If you purchased a drive (shared Google Drive or similar), please allow up to 24 hours for access to be granted. You'll receive a confirmation once your access has been added. If you haven't received access after 24 hours, please reach out to us at [your support email].
Please note: digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or access has been granted. See our Refund Policy for details.
Preorder Apparel & Footwear
Apparel and footwear items are produced to order and ship on a preorder basis. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow the following estimated timelines:
- Standard preorder lead time: 5–7 weeks from order confirmation
- T-shirts: 7–15 business days from order confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our production partner.
Shipping Carriers & Regions
Preorder apparel ships via Carrier — e.g., USPS, UPS to [regions you ship to — the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
